Boobee Cheet Sheetz was one of the Official Selections from the Portland Festival of Cinema, Animation & Technology’s 2024 festival that accepted the Filmmaker Mixer Podcast offer to review their work. It is a 2D animated short film that acts as an advertisement for a made up product. The art style is really, really charming, and the animation is fantastic. There’s a lot of humor to be found in this short in the visuals and sharp, clever writing. I really want to commend the voice actress because she brings the short a lot of energy and did a fantastic job all around.
